Terms of Service

1. This is a free listing service for everyone.

2. All postings in the Housing section must conform to the Fair Housing Act. 

3. Listers are responsible for the contents of their listing. Propriety information listed on  this site are not protected. We have a strict Privacy Policy.

4. Any posted material that are spams, scams, nuissance, seditious, offensive, discriminatory or unlawful will be removed. This site is self-regulated by users through the flagging/reporting system to prevent abuse. Repeat offenders will be banned from this site.

5. You may choose your listing expiration up to 8 weeks. You may edit or delete  your listing at any time. Pioneer members who posted in the year 2007-09 will get priority in the FEATURED LISTING on the main page in all their future listings.

6. We have very strict privacy policy. Member emails are held for purposes of maintaining their priority in the FEATURED LISTING. Other emails are automatically deleted after expiration of the listing or when deleted by the posters themselves. Member emails are never shared with anyone.
